Cristiano Ronaldo has oozed confidence in his son’s ability to follow his footsteps on the football field. And now, the Real Madrid star has posed with his eldest son Cristiano Jr is, for a new campaign for the footballer's fashion line and his new kids' brand.

The Portuguese superstar certainly shares his looks with his seven-year-old and it was for all to see in newly released images.

One of the shots catches the father and son both dressed in double denim and trainers, with the footballer's son putting a thumb up for the camera.

Meanwhile, another shows the duo looking polished in canny shirts, with Ronaldo settled on a stool while his son poses in front.

Cristiano Jr shows himself to be at ease hand at modelling as well, posturing in a series of solo shots while sporting his best vogue poses.

'Me and my boy Rocking our @cr7limitless & @cr7junior gear,' Cristiano captioned a photo from the shoot.

Cristiano Jnr, is thought to have been born to a surrogate mother in the States.

Ronaldo welcomed his fourth child, daughter Alana with his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, in November.

In June surrogate twins Eva and Mateo were born in a US hospital and brought back to Madrid where he lives with his doting mum.

Ronaldo gave a candid interview with football legend David Ginola in December to celebrate his fifth Ballon d'Or gongs.

Speaking about life at home with his four children, the doting dad admitted his eldest is just like him when it comes to football.

He said: 'I see a bit of myself in [Cristiano Ronaldo Junior], and not only because he's my son. He told me he will be better than me. He tells me he will win a Ballon d'Or and that he can win five.'

The Real Madrid star has previously admitted his son struggles to sit down and eat dinner because 'he's always outside kicking a football'.

Ronaldo is often sharing pictures and videos on social media of his son, Cristiano Jnr, enjoying the game that made him so successful.

In an interview with Spanish magazine Hola last year he proudly gushed about how addicted his boy is to the sport.

The 32-year-old said: 'He loves football and he plays all the time. Often it's difficult to get him to sit down and have dinner because he's always outside kicking a football.

'I suppose it's in his blood. He's a very affectionate boy, attentive, friendly, respectful and very open with people.

'Everyone who meets him is surprised at how confident he is. That makes me feel very proud as a dad.'
